Tech Intelligent Curation Protocol
Prohibited Sponsored Content Relationships
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
1. Objective
The purpose of this policy is to increase transparency of this website: Fl Business Newswire and the Florida Authority Network business practices regarding online content creation in maintaining a high-authority digital ecosystem.
By implementing a:
1. Clear Sponsored Content Disclosure Policy
2. Sponsored Content link policy
The network aims to enhance user trust, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and optimize for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Sponsored Content Transparency & Attribution
To maintain digital integrity and comply with the latest FTC endorsement guidelines, all content must be clearly categorized to distinguish between editorial and brand-supported messaging.
- Universal Labeling: All client-driven, brand-supported, or sponsored articles must be explicitly labeled as either “Sponsored Content” or “Partner Content.”
- Placement: Labels must be clearly visible to the reader at the beginning of the content or via a standardized site-wide paragraph header for such posts.
Maximum “Two-Link” Standard
To reduce digital clutter and maximize the authority of outbound signals, the network enforces a streamlined link profile for all partner submissions.
- Maximum Link Count: Each client page or press release is limited to a maximum of two (2) outbound links.
- Link Quality: Links must be high-authority and directed toward relevant landing pages or clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
- SEO Alignment: This standard is designed to favor focused outbound signals, which align with how AI search engines and large language models (LLMs) cite and prioritize authoritative sources.
Digital Integrity & Maintenance
- Link Profiles: The network will maintain a clean link profile by auditing outbound destinations to ensure they lead to secure, reputable, and relevant business sites.
- Domain Health: This policy serves to protect the long-term search equity and domain health of the FL Business Press Releases network.
Compliance and Implementation
- New Submissions: All content submitted on or after May 1, 2026, must adhere to these link and labeling standards.
- Review Process: Submissions that exceed the link limit or fail to provide proper disclosure will be returned to the client for revision to meet compliance.
